Every Stitch Tells a Story
In honor of National Sewing Month, I’m sharing a project that’s very close to my heart: "Every Stitch Tells a Story." For me, sewing and creating isn’t just about making clothes- it’s about honoring the stories, memories, and journeys behind every fabric.
I’ve been developing this passion project on my own time to explore sustainability, creativity, and the human stories stitched into garments. I also wanted to highlight some of my recent creations- repurposed quilts, thrifted finds, and pieces given new life through thoughtful design. Each creation celebrates the past while shaping a more mindful and meaningful future for fashion.
Visual Art Portfolio
This portfolio is an investigation into expressing what joy feels and looks like, inspired by my own experiences and observations. Creating art has taught me to embrace the unique, personal joy that exists within me. I've found that joy is less about the final piece and more about sharing the process with others, letting them glimpse the happiness that creating brings me. In each piece, I aim to capture the spirit of joy as I live it—not as a perfect result but as a lively, evolving process.
